| There are many companies locally and on the internet that rent linens. Make sure that you request a rental agreement and ask for any hidden fees. Classy Presentations does not have any hidden fees. Once a deposit is made, the price you are quoted will remain the same for each item. | We recommend that you reserve your event at least 3-4 months prior to your event. A lot of our linens, are rented out for specific dates. Though, we may be able to work with you on shorter notice. Please contact us as soon as you are ready. |

| First, you need to decide what will be your budget. Second, you need to know what you want your event to look like. Our experienced staff will work with you on your chair cover needs. | Reserved linens may be adjusted slightly, based on the original numbers and must be made two weeks before your event, at the time of final payment. You will be contacted prior to your event to confirm your final numbers. Last minute changes may be subject to an additional fee. |

Once you have decided what you want, we can help you with the details. To reserve your date, you will need to sign a rental agreement and place a 25% deposit based on the total amount due. All the discussions can be done over the phone or in person, and paperwork faxed or emailed. |
Classy Presentations handles all delivery, set up and removal. We make the arrangements with the location manager for delivery and removal. Please keep in mind, all chairs must be available at the time of set up. |

| The final number count needs to be placed 2 weeks prior to your event at the time of your final payment. | Our chair covers are specifically made for Standard Banquet Round. Please verify with your contact person at your location that the chairs are Standard Banquet. You can find the correct chair size HERE. |
